The Hills & Sea Kéa Resort project, in the heart of the Greek Cyclades, forms an exceptional complex combining private villas and a 5-star hotel, in the midst of a lush private park, spread over a generous plot of over 200,000 m².
In addition to the prestigious Hotel overlooking the vast Aegean Sea at the top of the Vroskopos hill, seventy-five high-standing villas will be built, each with its own swimming pool, Jacuzzi and garage, surrounded by 2,500 m² of private grounds.
Each building features a modern design and exciting contemporary architecture, blending perfectly with the natural beauty of the fascinating surroundings to create a unique atmosphere.
To the north of the plot, 12 Boutique-style duplex suites will complete the complex. Each duplex, measuring around 60 or 80 m2, will have its own private garden, parking space and private infinity pool.
